A Commercial Real Estate Developer with extensive experience as a real estate developer, construction manager, broker, appraiser, lender, investor, syndicator, and consultant. Adept at bringing together all facets of the development process to complete multi-million-dollar development transactions utilizing a wide variety of commercial real estate applications. Developed a 137-acre, mixed-use PUD in Omaha, NE, that included recruiting anchor tenants such as Cabela’s, Embassy Suites, Marriott Courtyard, LaVista Conference Center, Boot Barn and Alamo Drafthouse. • Developed an 81-acre, 550,000-square-foot retail shopping center located in Council Bluffs, IA Developed a 124,889-square-foot senior housing project comprised of 164 beds and 130 units in Phoenix, AZ with total project costs of approximately $37MM (2017-18). • Acquisition and Redevelopment of seven, USDA-RD multi-family projects (150 units) located in southern CO; • Acquisition and rehabilitation of a 45-unit multi-family project in Colorado. • Acquisition and Redevelopment of a multi-family USDA-RD project using HOME funds in Taylor, AZ.
